you should work on that synth starting at 1:00. It does not fit too well to the rest.
maybe make the bassline more interesting. I think the song sounds a bit boring. You can maybe change this by adding some sort of breaks or "surprise elements".

I think this is some great stuff for some funny games.
there were some effects which sounded a bit strange and it comes to an end a way too surprising. So -2 Start for that.
But I think it's great.

the only thing I can suggest you is to not change the beat. Mabye the sound for the melody isn't the best. And it is a bit monotone.

hmm

you're good at creating a nice melody but the sound engineering destroys it. The instruments are like they are wrong here in this song or the configuration is just wrong.
Fix that and you'll get more stars ;-)
